I am pleased with the finish on the pen. I tend to use larger diameter pens but find this Lamy Dialog 3 to be a comfortable pen. The nib is smaller than I usually use, however I find it excellent for quickly jotting down notes in my pocket notebook. The finish is beautiful, and the clip and straight line of the barrel are attractive. I am happy that I choose this pen.
