Be sure to check the watch in more detail next time before sending it. I got it scratched on the metal cover. Why didn't I send it back, for the simple reason that I liked it, and it doesn't bother me very much. To be honest, the price is a bit exaggerated. More concern for quality.

Yes, we are an Official Authorized Dealer for Briston (as well as for all our brands).

Your order will include your brand new Briston in its original packaging, complete with all official Briston documentation and paperwork, along with a stamped Briston official warranty.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by use, and for watches, it does not cover straps, bracelets, or watch batteries.

You can return your product by January 15th, 2025.

Refund Options: You can choose between a gift card, which is issued almost immediately after we receive the returned item, or a refund to your original payment method, which may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on the original payment method.
