Yes, we are an Official Authorized Dealer for Mondaine (as well as for all our brands).

Your order will include your brand new Mondaine in its original packaging, complete with all official Mondaine documentation and paperwork, along with a stamped Mondaine official warranty.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by use, and for watches, it does not cover straps, bracelets, or watch batteries.

You can return your product by January 15th, 2025.

Refund Options: You can choose between a gift card, which is issued almost immediately after we receive the returned item, or a refund to your original payment method, which may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on the original payment method.
