The worst service

My watch never arrived, no replacement was offered and I had to wait nearly a month to get a refund. I tried to escalte but they weren't slightly interested. It was entirely my problem and I just had to wait. No meaningful apology, no gesture of good will, in fact one staff member said "well you're going to leave us a negative review anyway so what's the point?" , well as they were so assumptive here it is...

Your order will include your brand new Luminox in its original packaging, complete with all official Luminox documentation and paperwork, along with a stamped Luminox official warranty.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by use, and for watches, it does not cover straps, bracelets, or watch batteries.

You can return your product by January 15th, 2025.
