Friday Outfit: Fly me to the Moon

The Moon is the Earth's only natural satellite. With a diameter of 3.474 km2 it is the fifth largest satellite in the Solar System, while it is the biggest satellite when considering its planet's size.

The Moon is the only celestial body that humans have reached. The Apolo program has supported the only manned misions to this satellite until today. The first one was back in 1968, and it was named Apolo 8. Thanks to these expeditions we have been able to get to know more about the Moon's internal structure.

Furthermore, something not all of us know is that the Moon has a great influence in our lives and living without it would be impossible.

The Moon leads tides due to its force of gravity and this effect makes or climate to be more stable. The Moon has also an effect in our sleep cycle as recent studies proof when there is a full moon we have a harder time getting to sleep and our sleep is not as deep!

Due to the importance of the Moon in our lives, today we create a space inspired Friday Outfit.
